2. Description of Service

Mistify is a web-based AI-powered note-taking application. The Service is provided through license keys that grant access for specified durations. Features include note creation, AI summarization, smart reminders, and organizational tools.

3. License Keys

License keys are one-time purchases that grant access for the specified duration:

  • License keys are non-transferable and for personal use only
  • Each key may only be used by one user
  • Keys expire based on their designated duration from first activation
  • Lost or expired keys cannot be recovered or extended
  • Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Mistify, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making purchases
  • Keep your license key confidential
  • Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mistify are owned by Mistify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your notes and content remain your property.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mistify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license key.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
